Lee Lydell Toliver, affectionately known as “Spanky,” was born in Galveston, Texas to Debbie Toliver and Leon Thompson. At an early age, Lee accepted Christ. Lee was a devoted son, big brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. He never knew a stranger and he loved music and dancing. Lee had the biggest heart-always willing to help out anybody.
He departed this earthly life on April 3,2023 surrounded by his loved ones. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving mother, Debbie Toliver; father, Leon Thompson (Tasha); siblings: T’Andrula Jackson (Jamal), Tevin Thompson, Renisha Thompson, Chardae Rhodes, Sani Thompson, Kauschus Thompson and Laudrynn Thompson; His nephews and nieces: Isaiah, Jayden, Gabby, Jocelyn, Jecenia and Joe; grandparents: Annie Joyce Thompson and Robert Waddle; aunts: Brenda Johnson (Marjay), Sheila Jackson (Anthony), Carolyn Harold (Vince); Rachel Sutton (Sean); JoAnn Jones (Austin), and Carol Thompson; uncles: Leonard Toliver (Mary), Ricky Toliver (Lisa), Clifton Toliver, David Thompson, and Calvin Thompson; and a host of great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
